Sensitive Dance workshops offer a journey of listening and exploration, in which the body becomes a living place of knowledge. Through the experience of movement, touch, and gaze, individuals are invited to reconnect with their deepest needs and sense of relationship, recognizing in the encounter with others a way of opening up to the world.
The practice activates an intimate dialogue between body and earth, whose key elements are:
· returning to the earth
· the birth of movement
· listening to the body’s messages
· presence and intention
· orienting and moving the body in space to create dance
The movement touches on the themes of phylogenesis and ontogenesis, as deep memories that inhabit the body, to reactivate its energetic potential and experience verticality as a symbolic place of human fulfillment, of being and carrying oneself in the world.
The practices take place individually, in pairs, and in groups, intertwined with moments of verbal sharing, where words arise as testimony to lived experience, welcomed with listening, empathy, and presence.
Sensitive Dance accompanies the recovery of the relationship with one's own body and body image, supporting the integration of this awareness into daily life.
In conscious movement, one learns to welcome the unexpected, to recognize real needs, and to refine one's perception of oneself in the field of relationships, until one rediscovers a dimension of inner peace.
It is a path that invites you to slow down, to inhabit the time of feeling, to orient yourself towards a space of listening where mental, physical, and emotional processes can be observed with delicacy, allowing the emergence of the forces of health that sustain life.
The process relies on essential conditions: the creation of a protected, non-judgmental space, the absence of corrections, replaced by proposals that open up new physical, relational, emotional, and spiritual positions.
The practice thus reveals itself as an experience of returning to oneself, in which the body becomes home, the relationship becomes a space of truth, and dance, which happens rather than being sought, becomes a silent and poetic language capable of uniting earth and sky.
A 15-20 minute break is scheduled mid-morning for a snack.
