Area 302 is located on the cadastral parcel 302 of Barbengo, district of Lugano, at Via Cadepiano 18. In a few minutes you can reach the connecting roads like the highway or the airport. The center of Lugano is only 5 km away and the nearest bus stop, Molini di Grancia, served by Postbuses 431 and 433, is only 270 meters away. Furthermore, in just a few minutes you can reach the shopping and leisure centers of Grancia and Pazzallo.

To get here, from Lugano Sud, follow for Figino, driving along the entire Via Cantonale. Pass the Grancia shopping centers and the Ikea, then at the traffic circle just after the Pina Center, take the first exit. As soon as the road makes a slight curve to the left, keep to the right, in the direction of “zona industriale 3”. You have arrived on Via Cadepiano (a dead-end street). Walk down it for a few hundred meters. Area 302 is the last industrial building on the left, at number 18, before the large agricultural meadow.

Starting from Area 302, you can follow the path along the Rúngia (the river that flanks the parcel 302), and stroll “in Masguára” for about 2 km, that is, along the wide areas of flat meadow that are on the right bank of the Rúngia, going south, reaching the Figino public beach (otherwise reachable by car in just 5 minutes). In addition, numerous paths allow you to travel beautiful itineraries in nature, including forests, vineyards and mountain pastures.
